To access the online library from PolyHave and ambientCG you need to set up the right additional libraries.

Make sure every API gets is own library folder to store locally the data. Except the hdri folder. Here you can link ambientCG an PolyHaven in one folder.

Set formats and resolution in the preference tab

“Offline Mode” let you access assets you already downloaded, without Internet connection. This feature is still under development and will be fully supported later.

The first time you request the API libraries it can take a while to load all data and thumbnails
A type icon which has color, indicates that the asset with current ASSH preferences settings, already exist locally in your library folder
Models will be shown and be accessible in the Model context/tab
The API Queue where you can see current downloads
