Under the “Preferences::SubstanceBridge” -Tab you can install the necessary scripts and export presets for Substance Painter and Designer with one click.
Check if the pathes are correct and pointing to your Adobe/Allegorithmic installtions and user folder.
For Substance Designer you need a proper Substance Automation Toolset installation, to export the maps to the right places.
This tool comes with the latest available binary from Allegorithmic. After the acquisition, Adobe seems not interested to deploy a newer version of the Substance Automation Toolset and the Python Pysbs library. But it still works pretty fine.
